I went there today to get food and stumbled on a toy for my dogos. Upon checking out the toy did not have a barcode. The cashier had to call for a manager; Rick. He came over, took the scanner, ran over found the toys scanned and just went above and beyond to just make my day. He was super polite, good conversation and helpful. I will only be doing my shopping at the store cuz of rick.

Love this Petco, especially the groomers! We have a crazy lab who is super vocal and squirmy but they do such a great job with trimming her nails and showing her love and patience even though she's nuts haha.

Great store! A few years ago, we adopted a dog at an adoption event here (her name is Roxie). When we did, we received coupons for dog training classes. Since then we've put Roxie through pretty much every adult dog training class available. The classes have been great and are very affordable, especially compared to the cost of other training establishments. Steve, the dog trainer, has been fantastic!

The cashier today gave me terrible service, he insisted that I buy a filter for a betta fish. I already have 2 bettas in my house without a filter a year ago and they have not died. I left the store without my fish, thanks to that man. that anyway he wanted me to buy a filter

I was really impressed with the grooming staff , especially Tyra. My chihuahua is nervous and has high anxiety. Tyra sits and pets him until he's calmed down and relaxed . When he's done there he looks amazing and he's relaxed.
