This is most definitely the worst bank I have dealt with over my years,Very rude service and does very little to helping the customer I have been banking there for 3 1/2 years and I have been charged multiple overdraft fees but I have never been notified I was in overdraft in the first place. When I went in to have the issue resolved the VP Damond T Crooks told me I didn't know how mobile banking worked, and refused to comprehend what I was telling him and treated me like I was stupid and pushed me out of the door I will definitely be closing my account here and banking elsewhere
