Great service! I arrived early this morning, and the place was already plowed after 9" of snow last night. I had an issue with the door mechanism on my storage unit, and both ladies at the front desk helped me out with it--even coming out to my storage unit in the cold--to make sure my problem was resolved 100% to my satisfaction.

The building seems very secure and well maintained. The staff was excellent. Very polite and professional. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

Simply Self Storage: Thank you for making out already difficult move so much easier. When we needed a transfer it was so easy! Rebekah was a gem of a help! Tammy was the one who signed us up and was also one of the nicest people you could meet! Friendly, professional and helpful!!! You guys are the best!!!!

Due to an unexpected situation, we had to move very quickly, and needed temporary storage until we could get into our new place. Rebekah and Tammy at Simply Self-Storage in Lake Orion have been so helpful and so friendly, and made a stressful moving situation a lot less stressful. They went above and beyond! I highly, highly recommend this location to everyone. You will be met with nothing but the best!

Great management Tammy and Rebekah do a great job on maintenance and maintaining the facility. Centrally located between Clarkston/ Rochester-Lake Orion /Auburn hills and 3.5 minutes to I-75. Safe location down the road from OCS substation. They also have special rates for military. Thank you.
