I can't say enough positive things about my experience at The Body Principle. Angela has empowered me to make changes in my mindset that transfer directly to my abilities physically in such a quick period of time. This experience is about lifestyle transformation in a supportive and safe environment. This is where real life long change begins... its not just a physical approach its a connection of mind, body and emotions in a safe and non judgmental environment that truly ignited the spark of a whole new me! cant thank her enough!

Angela is an amazing nutrition counselor! She works around your schedule and takes her time to explain her presentation and answer all your questions. You can see her passion in teaching people how to eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Definitely would recommend her to anyone : )

What can I say about Angela?? She is EVERYTHING! I Never thought that my body could feel this strong and powerful. She pushes you to challenge yourself but backs that up with years and years of professional experience in the body and your muscles' ability to perform. My husband I work out together as a team and we realized that if we pay the money to stay strong, we look at our time with Angela as preventative care as we age. This will minimize our overall health care costs and time away from work while increasing our quality of life. Do yourself a favor and hire Angela as your trainer. You will never regret that decision!

I have been a client of Angela's for several years, and I have grown stronger each year. I am lifting more weight ( from 8-20 pounds depending on the exercise) than I ever have, and am able to do forty-five men type push ups. Girls were never expected to do this in the 1960's and 70's gym classes, but I can do them at age 63! I recently had a Coronary Calcium Scoring test per my family doctor to measure the amount of plaque in my arteries. My score came back as a zero! I know that could not be possible without Angela's workouts. Angela has been able to assist and encourage me to do exercises that I either had difficulty with in the past or simply could not do. I've been told that I have great muscle tone for a woman my age! I am very grateful to Angela for her thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, and individualistic approach to training me as a client.

The Body Principle has encouraged me to like and want to work out. Angela's group sessions are energetic and are a well rounded work out. Angela also concentrates on good form to keep you safe and get the most out of your workout. I actually love to workout and appreciate Angela's enthusiasm , it is contagious!
