Recently disappointed as none of my current consignment clothes were accepted. My clothing was a mix of dresses and pants (Gap, Banana Republic) and summer as well as fall skirts and dresses. Quite certain a pair of shoes were purchased from Twice Blessed. Not sure of what has changed, but I’ve never had this occur here. Has the demographic changed to a different
audience/age group? New managment? Just a bit dismayed, as I was not given a clear explanation. 😔

Small shop but FULL of great possibilities for your wardrobe! Current trends, clothing is in Almost New/Good condition. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Love that they have a sale rack, Lol. I will be back.

I have been an avid shopper of Twice Blessed for a few years now. Their selection of high end kids clothes is unmatched in the area and the women’s department is often stuffed with decent finds. Lately I’ve noticed an increase in their prices. Today I noticed most kids leggings had a decent amount of wear and were $7 and up (mostly low-mid range brands, Target sells new leggings for that price) and I almost purchased a no-brand sweater (tag was missing) but it was marked at $23. I would be fine paying that for a J Crew knit in good condition, but not for a basic sweater that could have come from Marshall’s or Old Navy.

Every time I come here I have had a great experience. Selling through this store has always been easy and the staff has been helpful and friendly. The clothing selection is wonderful, and the charitable aspect of the store is amazing. Thank you so much!!!!!

I loved this place. I bought a few things for my grandchildren. I esp. liked a small section for dance clothes. It is expensive to be in dance and every little bit helps esp. in today’s economy. I am so grateful for your store. Thank you for being there and helping 3 little girls have a great dance experience!

I've been to this store twice now, the first time I was not greeted and this time I was just given a cursory hello. My first visit, I bought a clearance item and the employee did not ring up the discount. I had to stand there for about 10 minutes while she fixed it, after I pointed out her mistake! My first visit it was very noisy with talking and chattering from the employees. Today, as soon as I stepped in the store I could hear VERY loud laughing coming from the back of the store, and it continued for the 10 to 15 minutes that I was there browsing. The laughter echoed throughout the whole store. The constant loud laughing was unprofessional and made for a bad shopping experience and I won't be back.

I absolutely love Twice Blessed! I have been selling and purchasing there since I move to Lake Orion. I always keep my eye on the high ends items. The front of the store is filled with gorgeous barely used or NEW items. So friendly and I feel so comfortable just dropping off my items and letting them decide on pricing.

I've been a customer for quite a few years now (never any complaints there, everyone is always super nice!) so when I decided to resell some nicer clothes, I opted to go to Twice Blessed instead of other places closer to me because I'd rather give them my business. It was my first time dropping clothes off and I was told I would receive a call back within the week to pick clothes up as the woman who goes through them wasn't there that day, and to sign a form agreeing that my clothes could be kept there until they were sorted through. Three weeks later I hadn't heard back from them so today I stopped in to check up on the status. I was told that there has been a miscommunication and apparently, all of my clothes that they did not take had been donated despite that not being what I was told. Even my tote bag was gone. To be fair, the manager and customer assistant were very apologetic and kind, but nothing was done to rectify the situation, such as offering any store credit, and then I was told that they now take in so many clothes that it's impossible to call back everyone. If you're too busy to make sure everyone's sell back is processed correctly, then maybe you should implement a new system or stop taking in new sellers. This is a great store for buyers but for sellers, please be aware that the process seemingly changes depending on who you speak to. I would love to see more organization going forward before I am comfortable selling there again.

I had a good experience there today. I felt that the items I brought in were evaluated fairly. Some they took, some they passed. I drove up to Salvation Army to donate the rest, it was a win experience for me. I felt valued and treated very well by all there. I will be back most definitely. I found the store cute, clean and well organized. I found a few high quality items at a fair price as well.
