Eric and the older (of the two) gentleman wearing an Eric jacket were so very kind. We started chatting it up and I felt like we were long time friends. They answered all my questions and sent me on my way after blowing out the back to make sure it was nice and clean for my move. He even took the time to show me how to turn off the auto-on button for extra haul every time you turn on the truck to save on gas (unless you are literally hauling a vehicle behind). I recommend this location 100%

The associate that was at the counter was super nice and friendly, and so was the guy that pulled the Uhaul around. He explained to turn the tow light off. However, the Uhaul that I received ate up so much gas for the 3.5 hour trip. The drop-off location was 1 minute from the gas station, and the gas hand moved in that short distance. I gave 5 stars for the service, but would give 1 star for the Uhaul truck.

Everything went as good as it could. The staff member actually saved me by recommending the next size trailer up, which I'm really glad he did. The two staff members were great guys, very honest and regular down to earth guys, we started talking about odds and ends stuff and had a great conversation, it felt like I was talking to a long time buddy

We have used this location for several things over the years and they have always been easy to work with, accommodating and fair. The equipment has always been in good condition. We will continue to use them in the years to come.

Both the online check-in and onsite pick-up was excellent. The staff at Lake Orion Equipment Rental (to revise a Pick-up date) were top notch and efficient.

Staff here were very friendly. They checked to make sure everything i needed was available. As well as making sure u understood what the expectations were for returning the vehicle, sweeping, fuel, etc. Highly recommend

Failed to supply us with our scheduled uhaul rental the day of our big move. Why make a reservation & PAY IN FULL if they can't even provide a truck?? Customer service was very unhelpful, place is a s*** hole. Never using uhaul in the future.
