Original Post:
My experience was neither friendly nor accommodating. I was told I had to come to the dealership to replace a simple rear wiper blade. Once there, Megan informed me (incorrectly) that the entire wiper assembly needed to be replaced, and warned that if I tried doing it myself, I would be responsible for any damage. After checking online, I found the parts were sold separately and ordered the blade to replace my torn one. Despite other dealerships selling the blade for about $35, Wally Edgar charged $50.

When I returned to pickup the blade at the dealership, Megan acted as though it was the wrong part and again insisted the whole assembly was required. She was short with me, and the technician she brought out needed my help to install to install the blade. I found a YouTube video that worked perfectly.

After the installation, Megan presented paperwork and unexpectedly added a $26 install fee which was never mentioned beforehand. She had originally told me that if I purchased the part from GM, they would ship it to the store and the dealership would install it, with no mention of extra charges.

Overall, the information I received was wrong and misleading, I was surprised by an unexpected installation charge (after having to show them how to replace the blade), and the interaction was unnecessarily rude and the pricing was way too much (49+26) for an 11 inch wiper blade.”
