“On Wednesday I made arrangements for my cat to go to the rainbow bridge she was scheduled to go to the rainbow bridge with a different veterinary office and unfortunately that turned into such a nightmare it was unbelievable I got The Donaldson veterinary name and phone number from a friend all I wanted for my animal to was to go out peacefully with a little compassion and some reverence I truly believe I owe that to her got to Dr Donaldson's office as I was battling getting my head and my heart NSYNC with what I had to do when I got the doctors office I was greeted with nothing but kindness love and understanding of how painful this was I chanted with the staff that are beyond compassion which was needed at that time escorted to a small room with a placard that had a candle burning what it had to say was how painful it is for you to lose your friend so they must really understand what you're going through we talked about my fur baby and how the situation would be handled prior to that we had discussed how The cremation would go where I could visit her in the future there was no Stone unturned they went way above and beyond I am so grateful that this was turned into a good experience her exiting of this world was done with lung compassion and kindness understanding unbelievable adjectives I can never use thank you Dr hunhout and your wonderful staff this was a very good experience handled in very wonderful ways again thank you all”

I can't say enough good things about Dr. McGee and his amazing team. My Sphynx kitty broke his leg, and after a frustrating journey through multiple vets, I finally found Dr. McGee. He not only recommended a fantastic surgeon, but his compassionate care and ability to understand animals truly sets him apart—he's an animal whisperer and not just out for your money! The entire staff was phenomenal, and even though I had to drive 45 minutes to get there, it was absolutely worth it. If you're looking for a vet who genuinely cares, I highly recommend Dr. McGee.”

“Yesterday my daughter and I took her 11 year old dog to Dr Holly at the Parker Veterinary Hospital. I have never in my life experienced a more caring veterinarian. My daughter called the office and was given an appointment the same afternoon. Upon arrival we were immediately taken to an observation room. After being interviewed by a very nice employee Dr Holly saw us within minutes. It was my first meeting with Dr Holly. I immediately was impressed by the way he talked to us regarding the possible outcomes. He explained the possibilities in a caring manner. He talked about experiences with his own pets. After tests results showed that her dog had terminal cancer he explained the options. Never once did I think that his priority was how much he could charge her in this emotional situation. I currently do not have any pets but if I did, there would be no other veterinary clinic that I would consider for services. I cannot thank Dr Holly enough for everything that transpired.”

“Our senior dog had been diagnosed with pigmentary keratosis (dry eye). One eye was not responding anymore to prescription eye drops and was referred to Vet Vision. They ran some tests and changed prescription. Freddie responded exceptionally well, exceeding the clinic’s expectations! Very happy with our experience and results.”

“I have been taking my dogs to Dr Mark for about 10 years. He is the most caring vet I’ve ever had! In 2020 it was time to euthanize my dog & she was having a seizure at 11:00 pm. I called Dr Mark & he met me at his office. He told me I could take as long as I needed with her when she was gone. While she drifted off I stayed for an hour with my sweet girl.”

The vet techs were so kind and caring. The reception staff were A+. I had to put my cat down and they were so kind and gentle to my old girl and me. “I took my dog to them after not believing another emergency vet. The people we polite and compassionate. My dog was passed being able to recover. The staff informed me of this after a quick look at my best friend. They didnt try to run a bunch of tests knowing that the health impacts were not recoverable. This was was first time visiting and without treatment but I believe this to be an honest place.”

Content Warning: Discussion of Euthanasia
When we made the decision to put my Bella down after nearly 14 years I was understandably devastated, but the compassion Dr. Morris and the rest of the staff showed made a terrible afternoon a little bit easier. The room they provided was private ù quiet with calming white noise. They had some treats you could give her as the time went on. Hershey kisses in a little jar labeled 'goodbye kisses', these small things also made it a little easier.
I felt like we were the focus of the staff at the time (although I am sure they continued the business as normal) it made me feel supported and taken care of. The entire staff is angels, I could of not asked for a better team or facility for that moment. I'm glad it happened there, I'm sure Bella is grateful too. Thank you so very much to Dr. Morris, Jen and the rest of the team.”
