I’m trying to find the status of my order and the phone system is impossible to work with. It can’t recognize anything you say and there’s no option to talk to a live person. I hung up out of frustration and still don’t know where my order is.

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent.The staff at Visionworks exuded professionalism and warmth. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and promptly attended to. What truly set Visionworks apart was their extensive selection of frames. The staff assisted me in finding a pair that not only suited my face but also aligned with my style preferences. The variety in designs, from classic to contemporary, was impressive, and I found a pair of ray bands that I absolutely love.The turnaround time for my new glasses was surprisingly quick, and when I returned to pick them up, they were not only accurate in prescription but also perfectly fitted.Moreover, their pricing was competitive, and they were transparent about costs from the outset, which I appreciated.Overall, my experience with Visionworks was exceptional. From the professionalism of their staff to the quality of their products, I would highly recommend Visionworks to anyone in search of reliable eye care services and stylish eyewear.

Major complaint is with corporate generated text messages. Far too many text messages, 6 in one week prior to the appointment. Also, an text message send that was VERY misleading regarding an up coming appointment. This complaint was also raised with the general manager. Pls contact her or myself for more detail. As for the service, the level of professionalism is excellent.

Everytime I place an order for contacts a delay happens and none of the employees feel it's necessary to call the customer to let them know there is a delay to the order and they won't be at the store on the promise date. I know it's not the employees fault that the delay happened but they should at least call the customer to let them know about the delay, its really unprofessional.

First time we used them it took over a month to receive my sons glasses. Thought that must be a fluke and attempted to use them a second time to worse results. After two months of waiting for my sons glasses I had to cancel my order. What a waste of time. I called multiple times to no avail, they just kept saying they would be on their way soon. Customer service was non existent. Very disappointed

I made this appointment the same day and it went well. All the assistants were helpful and personable. I received my exam and order in a reasonable amount of time. The doctor was great also on our remote appointment. She helped me sort out concerns of my recent mini stroke in relation to my eyes. Great place!

If there were a rating allowed less than 1 star they deserve one.They wilfully lie to get your money & "can't" deliver anything. They were very quick to charge our insurance and take our money. They have rescheduled twice do to lack of in person doctor. They just called again (14 hours before our scheduled appointment) just before they closed for the night to cancel again due to their doctor not coming in. They state they can't help their lack of on site doctor issue and state we should come in to get a copy of the tela exams and go to other facilities to get contacts and glasses because "they cant dispense anything" without a doctor present. Meanwhile they have strung us along for a month. They should be shut down for lack of doctor and fraud.

I have wanted to wear contacts for years. I need multifocals, and in a previous place, I was told that my vision would always be poor. I gave up wearing contacts, but at Visionworks, they took the time to work with me, adjusting my vision to different contact lenses, and I have to say that I see fantastic with them. The facility is totally up to date with technology, and they give you the option to work with online doctors or in place ones. I chose to work with online doctors, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I have been going to Visionworks for several years now. The experience has never been great, but they accept our insurance, the location was convenient and PREVIOUSLY the optometrist (Dr. Schrot) was detailed and friendly. We dealt with the slow service because we were getting very good care from Dr. Schrot.On my most recent visit, I took the day off work to get in and waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. The issue seems to be a due to a combination of understaffing, inadequately trained staff and poor equipment. The staff was friendly, but seemed to struggle with the equipment and to handle the volume of appointments/customers.After waiting an hour to be seen, I find out that there is NO DOCTOR ON SITE and the exam is given virtually via telehealth. THIS IS NOT OK. Not only is this a bad idea, but it was not communicated at the time of making the appointment. A business that specializes in vision, should know that certain things cannot be seen through a computer monitor remotely.After the virtual exam, it was another 45 minutes or so before I could get checked out. All in all, it was about 2.5hrs before I was out the door. Figuring out what I needed to pay for my contacts involved the staff looking at various sheets of paper, a calculator, and scribbles of notes and after all of this, it was still an estimate until they actually ordered them.For a business with such expensive equipment for telehealth, you wouldn't think it would be so hard to figure out what your contacts will cost you.I should have gone elsewhere, but already took the day off work and invested my time.Luckily I was able to spare my wife from the misery. She went to a LOCALLY OWNED business and not a chain. Her entire exam and visit was less than 30 minutes. I highly urge anyone to avoid Visionworks at all costs until they have better management and get rid of the telehealth. People should not accept this type of exam.For the same money spent elsewhere, you can get much better care and service.
