This pharmacy is the absolute worse. At least a 30 minute hold on the phone for them to half answer a question for you, then hang up. Everyone has a bad attitude. Want to know what misery looks like? It wears blue scrubs or a white lab coat with Walgreen’s embroidered on it. Even my oral surgeon knew to call in my antibiotics a week prior to surgery, just in case I needed them after because it takes them that long to fill it. When you use the drive thru, you feel like you just ruined their entire day. I could go on and on, but I’m sure you get the point.

Just got a RSV shot at my Walgreens at Maybee & Baldwin in Lake Orion. Santina & RJ were efficient & friendly.

If you need anything from the pharmacy you should plan on going in and standing in line because the phone system is crap. The automated system says it can fulfill prescriptions for you but then can’t ever find your information. When you request to speak to someone they pick up and immediately place you on hold without acknowledging you’re there. Then you’ll wait 20-30 minutes on hold, usually get hung up on and have to call back, just to wait another 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by a human being. I understand they may be busy but they definitely need to bring on more staff if they’re too busy to utter a quick “thank you for calling please hold” and then actual return to their waiting customers in a reasonable time frame.

I would imagine picking up a package from FedEx holding would be such a simple process, but this store somehow finds a way to make it an elaborate clusterfuck every single time. No more prescriptions, no more business. There's competition literally directly across the street, management here needs to figure their problems out already.

Every time I have tried to call the pharmacy this week, I wait on hold for at least 30 minutes. They do not even acknowledge you or ask you to hold. They pick up the phone and immediately place it on hold. The phone will ring back trough the loop at least 10 times where they pick up and immediately put you back on hold without saying anything. Walgreens customer service has really gone downhill. I understand they are busy and short staffed, but at least acknowledging customers would go a long way.

WORST Walgreens ever (and they are all bad)!
Nobody ever answers the phone and when someone does, they give you the run around…if you can’t fill prescriptions, then maybe close your pharmacy. Do not recommend.

CVS was my pharmacy for years until I had to start enzymes. They made impossible to get my prescription. So I moved over to Walgreens and the second I talked to RJ the pharmacist she took control and got my prescription ordered immediately. I was so impressed by her knowledge and persistent attitude to help me. Thanks so much RJ.

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. First told me it was an ordering issue from my dr, then said it was a health insurance issue, them once I finally got it all taken care of and made sure they were infact part of my insurance network they refused to fill my mental health medication and the pharmacist told me I don't need to take them......even though I have been on these medications since 2020 & have SEVERE mental health issues (including manic episodes & past suicide attempts) thank you for making my Friday at work way more stressful than it needed to be & I will not be ever recommending this pharmacy to anyone! Also reported it through the state for comments made during my phone call.

After cvs turned us away because my 2 year old daughter didn't meet their height requirement for a passport photo we went across the street to walgreens and had no issues getting hers done or mine. The lady was so nice 10/10 recommend.
