Appointment was confirmed and I was checked-in promptly by friendly service manager. Waiting room was clean with good amenities. It only took about 45 minutes to complete all services required. Very pleasant experience overall.

Megan from the service department is amazing! I had my truck there for 4 months because of transmission issues. Throughout that 4 months I was constantly updated by Megan and made sure I was taken care of and had a loaner vehicle. Thank you Megan!

Our salesperson, Don Likins was friendly, knowledgeable. and patient with us as we went through the decision process. There was no pressure to make decisions or commit to anything. Others we came in contact with during our visit were friendly and helpful. The showroom was bright, clean and offered a relaxed atmosphere. Vehicle Inventory levels were adequate to select model/option and colors.

My truck was hit by a dear and Wally Edgar promised my truck in 3 weeks. It was exactly that to the day. It is back to perfect. The staff was very good in keeping me up to date on the repairs and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and hassle free repair service. ??

Andrea and Rick were AMAZING! Beyond sweet and patient. Made me feel so at ease and important. Went over everything and broke down explaining everything. Andrea was the so amazing showing me everything in my car and getting me situated before I left the lot. 1,000% would recommend her to anyone I know in the future who is looking at cars in the future.

I bought my 1st ever brand new car in December of 2022 from Joe. He made buying my car so easy for me and walked me through the whole process.Today I had my 1st oil change and tire rotation and also had an issue with paint on my car and was very happy with the service to to correct the problem. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My husband and I bought a Chevy Trax from here April 27 and the thing is a piece of crap. It now needs a new rear power train and it will cost $3,000. That is a load of crap and these people ripped us off.

This was my first visit to Wally Edgar Chevrolet Service Department. The customer service experience was incredible...the work was performed quickly and I was treated like a valued customer. I brought my 2019 Corvette Z51 for an oil change. The service was done in about an hour which what I expected it to take. I would like to kindly suggest in the future that the service department place a protective floor mat inside before entering. When I returned home, I had to use carpet cleaner and a brush to remove the stains on my light gray colored carpet left from dirty footwear. Your customers will appreciate it. Thank you.

Kevin was really great throughout the ordering and building process. He had great communication, was very helpful, and able to answer all of our questions. We were disappointed about the pick up experience. We had an appointment which we ended up having to wait for. The car was not properly cleaned, especially the windshield - we could write a message on the inside of the windshield. We needed to wait additional time in order to have the car cleaned - which we were provided an $50 gift card for but unfortunately we had to wait and then the car wasn’t even completely cleaned. And we were also not provided 2 sets of keys. Kevin has been in contact since and a second set of keys has been ordered and thankfully we have the Chevy app so if the keys get locked inside we can still get in it just puts us in a tough situation if we lose the keys before the second set comes in. Overall we are very happy with the Chevy Tahoe and the experience just a few items that could be improved upon.
