The staff they have are rude and would rather let you wait 5 minutes in-line than call IC3. Which is what they are supposed to do. Yesterday there were two cashiers waiting on another associate. And discussing how cute the items were and how many and much she had gotten, while my husband and I stood in line and watched them. Neither cashier was new nor did they need assistance. As we stood there and watched and listened, and they finished one of the cashiers looked up and asked if we were together, then said well if you want to step over here I will take you at the other register.. At this point the other associate was paying for her items and was ready to leave. I politely looked at her and said "we have been waiting for 5 minutes while you were talking and since she is done done now you want to open another register? No, we are good."What a joke! We paid for the items and left the store. Will not be returning.This store and customer service has really went downhill since 2017!Shame on you Walgreens for letting the customers down!!!!

I have been to this location 3 times in the past week to return an item via FedEx QR return. only once were they able to complete the transaction. In addition, 2 times I waited over 15 minutes to even have someone come to the photo desk.DO NOT GO HERE TO RETURN OR SHIP!

I waited in line at the pharmacy for 45 mins and there were only 2 customers in front of me. When I finally got up to the window the pharmacist shut the door in my face. Then when I came inside to see what was going on the two employees working were laughing about it. I was beyond upset. They said they closed at 6pm. It was now 6:02pm. I asked to speak with a manager and there was none on site. The employee acting as manager tried to reach out to the store manager and received no response. The pharmacist came out of the pharmacy at 6:07pm and tried saying that sometimes they stay late but today he wanted to leave early and the employees had to leave with him. He then just walked off as I was talking to him. This behavior is disgusting and I can't believe that Walgreens would staff employees like this. I will never use this Walgreens pharmacy again. How could I trust someone supposed to be held to the medical oath when they act like this?

Seriously understaffed, and the staff is responding to it. Showed up for a covid booster. I showed up on time, having done my stuff online. 20 minutes after my appointment time and I still haven't been seen. Person behind the counter commented to someone else the last vaccine they'd given yesterday was 35 minutes after the appointment time. I was excited to find a location giving same day boosters but since it's just due to overbooking, between the drive and the wait I've wasted 90 minutes for nothing. Plus they filled out my card BEFORE they'd given me the shot, so when I asked for my card back they had to waste MORE time filling out a brand new card. Terrible staffing and time management issues.

This store has always been okay, I'm only leaving a review because there is one specific lady here with blue hair whose smell is revolting. I've gotten used to it and try to keep a distance when cashing out, but this last time there was no escape. I was gasping for air and literally threw up outside the store. I don't have a weak stomach either, I apologize but management needs to step in when something like this is a continuous problem. I've never met anyone that smells so bad even in nursing homes. Please help this lady help us.

This is the pharmacy where I have my regular prescriptions filled. Last month, my 90-day pills were running out with no refill in sight. Imagine my relief, while trying to figure out how to fit in a conference with my doctor in the middle of the rest of, well, life, to find that Walgreen's called on my behalf about a refill. And just like that, it was done! Thank you so much for helping to keep my life and my health on track!

Extremely rude and arrogant Indian lady pharmacist. Questioned me as to why he prescribed a particular medication to me. Like it is any of her freaking business why a doctor prescribes any medication to any customer. Obviously I did not prove to her well enough why I deserve to have the very low-dose painkiller filled at her Pharmacy. She then lied to me and told me I'm sorry we do not carry this medication. What kind of society do we live in now we're a low educated pharmacist has the arrogance and to be quite frank- balls- to question a highly educated Doctors decision to prescribe any type of medication. Walgreen must be practicing some type of liberal nut job social justice "we know better than your doctor" type of business.
