We have taken all of our deer here for the last two years. Great service, very fast processing. The quality of workmanship is some of the best. Silverskin, and sinew removed and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Does an excellent job cutting and packaging, summer sausage and jerky was very good.The cuts of steak were very well done, can tell he takes his time to do it right.. will be returning next year….Worth the drive from Rockford!

Not real impressed with the quality of meat that i got. Took deer there to be done. Got the so called special they have going. My first thoughts when i got there was im def not getting my deer that i paid for aince i seen a man packaging up atleast 50 pounds of jerky and straight asked him. Thry make it in bulk u get what you get with smoked meats. Thats bullshit. Not to mention. Everything i got was the most tastless smoked food ive ever had. Snack sticks tastless. Jerky tastless. Summer sausage absolute let down for taste. Not worth the 170 dollars it cost me. I will not be returning amd i will let everyone know not to waste there money here.

The amount of meat you will get is so random. I have taken in a huge deer and only gotten 17 lbs out of it. I have taken in a very small deer and gotten almost 30 lbs. They must keep lot of it for themselves!

The turnaround was very fast which is why I questioned if they guaranteed all of the meat that I picked up was from my daughters deer. The smoked meat you are paying for is not from your deer. If I would have known this I never would have left her deer there. I asked why they didn’t tell me that they use “community meat” they told me because they were busy…. I don’t like the idea of eating someone else’s deer that could have been paraded around in the bed of a pick up for 4 days or was field dressed poorly. When I asked about this the lady was annoyed and rude just like several other people have commented.

Flexible/ late hours make it convenient. Quick 3-4 day turn around. Meat is all vacuum sealed nicely. Specialty meats are great.
