As a business owner myself, It was truly insulting to witness what I think was higher management, belittling staff. I have an experience in this field, and I can tell you, this is not how you run a business. It broke my heart to see this kind of disrespect in public. From the conversation I overheard it seemed less like a teaching moment and more like an effort to hurt feelings just because she’s in a higher position. If this is the way this company is ran I will no longer be shopping here and will persuade my peers not to either.

I don't even bother going here anymore. Since the previous owner, store, staff, and atmosphere plummeted. I would always go here first knowing that someone knowledgeable is there to help. Whether it was Rob the owner, Dave, John, Terry or Gale, etc... All willing to help and welcoming. I walked in the other day for paint. Kids stayed behind the register staring at their phones laughing. Never offered to help or even say hi. I had to go get someone to shake the can then again had to go find them to take it off the shaker. Forget asking for any help because just about everyone there is clueless. This is what you get with an absent owner. I go to Stones in Oxford now exclusively. What a shame...

My husband forgot his cell phone and we needed another part from the hardware store. I called and spoke to Ed and let him know that my husband forget his cell and I needed him to call home. Well about ten minutes later my husband called!
Shout out to Ed for helping and not having to make another trip!

A small local ace. Limited selection. Often times stock is in the wrong place. Their online hours are correct, however they have hours posted on their door that are not. Fix this. It is a daily issue.
