Drove with my adult son 1 and 1/2 hours Saturday to look at an Explorer they had just got in. Britney sold him the truck and was knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall was impressed with the entire staff. Was glad my boy had to drive rental truck back. The Explorer was a pleasure to drive,clean and all recent servicing done. Would recommend Wise Ford to anyone in car market

I drove 7.5 hrs each way from WI just to buy a truck from Randy Wise Ford! Being I was so far away there was no way to pre inspect the truck so I counted on Ray to be kind enough to give me a walk around video. My salesman was responsive, friendly and helpful in making me feel confident this was the truck for me. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greted basically by a team of helpful friendly staff. Knowing I still had a long drive ahead they were prepared and prompt handling everything including the paperwork l, my little extras I inquired about while I was there, one gentleman was kind enough answer questions, locate dash items I wasn’t sure about, was able to find a temporary floor mat, and even gave me guidance to ensure I had my car loaded on a car dolly and had no issues. I wish I had write down everyone’s names and in the business and preparing for my long ride home I’ve forgotten the names but not the people. Did I also mention how friendly everyone was. This was the single best car buying dealership experience of my life!!!

Recently had the opportunity to upgrade my Jeep and was paired with Tony Holland. First off, Tony is a great person to do business with. He was funny, kept my fiance and I laughing the whole time, sharing stories back and forth, not to mention going above and beyond to get the vehicle that I wanted. Putting us in his own personal vehicle, driving to Flint to get the vehicle and then allowing us to test drive it all the way back to the dealership. Tony went above and beyond my expectations and is definitely someone I would recommend dealing with when going to Randy Wise in Ortonville. Thanks again guys!

What a terrific experience! The new car was ready to test drive. The trade in was valued immediately. The competitive situation was addressed. Supporting information was completely transparent.I drove 75 miles one way to see the new car.Madison Vedder, Dr Dave Swanson, and Nick Banks all did their part to make this a smooth transaction.It was a pleasure doing business with the Randy Wise Ford staff.

I bought my first car from a dealership less than a year ago, new used. In less than a year I need a $2500 repair on a car the dealership sold me in "perfect condition". I had to go to another dealership to have the repair done because Randy wise couldn't help. The Buick dealership I took my car to for repair explained that the part that went out should've lasted me another 35k miles. The Buick dealership let me know that the part needing to be replaced was under warranty and that they'd see what they could do about the bill. Randy wise solution was for me to trade in my car. My car when I bought it was worth 20k, last I was notified the car had depreciated to 10k-12k. Which didn't rub me right at all. I don't feel this business has their customers best interest in mind, and I do feel that they are out for their own wallet. I will not be returning to this dealership, and anyone that mentions going there I will try to deter them from doing so.

Clean, friendly and fast service department. Dave in new cars sales is easy going. The lot is a little small but better now that used car sales have relocate nextdoor.Updated: Original view was 4 years ago. Service department is not as efficient any longer. Appointment today (10/21) for oil change and tire rotation took 2 & 1/2+ hours today while waiting onsite. I don't think that is acceptable for this routine maintenance. Lowered my rating to 4 stars. Staff is still very friendly.Updated: Service department has improved service and wait times.

Put a deposit down on a truck early in the week, made plans, pulled money from my investments to purchase the truck and guess what they said they found a problem with the truck and they can't sell it. Total B.S, never have I had this experience with any other dealer...

Crystal Carey in service is awesome! Took our vehicle in for an issue that absolutely should not have been happening. Crystal helped us navigate the paperwork to get Ford to cover what was absolutely a factory issue. One of the best customer service experiences I have had at any dealership.

I only dealt with the used dept. To give some positive feedback, the used car sales staff are very friendly, and I didn't feel pressured. I went in to check out an F150, had a few defects that I was willing to work with / dealer was willing to look at, Went back because I forgot to test the 4WD, and the front diff was just SCREAMING in 4WL (immediately after taking off and yes I know 4WL is only meant for crawling speeds). The 'master mechanic' in the service dept had said this was 'normal', I have 2 friends with the same exact truck, same gearing, 1 with same engine (more miles) and theirs are silent. I feel like the 'master mechanic' was just feeding me a line to get me to buy the truck and then i'll have an expensive repair bill shortly out of the gate. If they would have at least said 'something might be wrong, its a little loud, we'll take a look', I would have been OK, but I truly feel like they tried to knowingly sell me a defective vehicle that I would have been personally responsible for repairs on as some warranties 'don't cover pre-existing issues' or 'only cover casing, and everything else is a wear part'. I've seen several vehicles on their site that I am interested in, but simply cannot bring myself to visit them again for fear of major mechanical issues being withheld, and based on several low star reviews, I am not alone.

Bought a used car through them. It all worked out good. Got the monthly price I wanted (under 200) . Everyone was really nice and helpful. Glad I went there
