I donated a trunk full of items/clothing yesterday. The manager, Brandi, accepted the cart-full with a smile. She is always very nice & helpful. One of the main places to shop, here in Oscoda, for all your needs!

I came from Tennessee with hardly nothing. I had to leave my furniture and most of my things. If it weren't for Goodwill I would not have been able to restock my home with many things. Like, pictures, chairs, lamps, etc. Thanks Goodwill!

3. I was denied a refund for not bringing my driver's license, the ticket only asks for an ID
4. The place smells very bad.

This location is very clean had a very nice selection of clothing and bright lighting to choose wisely. I would recommend stopping in and seeing what they got, you’ll never know what u my fine.

I am a frequent shopper at the Oscoda location and have always been provided good service. I cannot say that about today's visit. Today I received exceptional service. Every employee was friendly and engaging. I'm compelled to share this review after being checked out by cashier Natalie. Despite being very busy she provided me (and every fellow shopper ahead of me) with a refreshingly positive demeanor. I felt she sincerely enjoyed being there to assist me and appreciated my business. She has renewed my confidence as a valued customer. Thank you, Natalie!!
