I am a PNC customer. Today, because the ATM machine was broken, I drove up to the bank window. There was no one in front of me or behind . It took 15 minutes of waiting to cash a check. If this hadn't happened the last time the ATM was unavailable I would put it down to their being busy. Both times I had to wait at the bank window for 15 minutes or more. Is this good customer service? NO!

This bank annoyed me. Started charging for banking then stopped offering pod coffee in the lobby.
