They have Sneering Contempt for their customers....whether its the people picking up your trash or the people on the phone....oh and you better make sure your trash is all nice neat and clean because they are very particular about what they will accept!...followup...I never yelled at anyone...you are being lied to.

Didn't pick up my trash for a month after paying 120 for a dumpster. Called and they said that it's cause it was blocked. There was absolutely nothing in front of the dumpster. The picture was taken a block away. The guy didn't even drive past my house cause had he of done so he would have clearly seen it wasn't blocked. He was just being lazy. Then they came an took the dumpster even though I just paid my bill and are trying to charge me an extra 100 cause they came an packed up the dumpster without me telling them to. They are just about as good as the garbage the pick up.

Travis Sanitation contacted me right away with a quote including a trash receptacle which was VERY reasonable. They also went out of their way to pick up my trash that first week which I appreciate very much. I recommend their service they beat the competition and I will use their service indefinitely. I was over charged for service. Called and they didn’t want to fix the bill and told me to find someone else. They then took my can and dumped it in my yard. Very unprofessional business. I tried to support a local business but wish I had not. Very petty and immature operation. Use waste management..it’s cheaper and they are a legit company..not an unorganized, rude, petty small time business.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Their service is great, I could almost set my clock by them! I had a different company for awhile and they were constantly either breaking down, running late or they would just drive right on by and leave my trash on the side of they road. I am very happy with Travis Sanitation

The person that own this business is a scumbag of an individual he was leasing some hunting property that I had just purchased when he was given notice that were purchasing property he was given two weeks to remove hunting blinds and personal belongings he smashed them and left huge piles of garbage all over this acreage and even cut trees this guy and his business should be avoided at all costs trust me
