My starter went on my car and I had someplace I HAD to be. Those guys squeezed me in, in the middle of their busy day. Shared some laughs with the girls in the gas station while I waited. Nicole is amazing! Thank you so much for all your help and patience! You’ll see me again 😎

They really need to get a new service writer. Nicole is the most unprofessional service writer I've ever dealt with. I've had a very busy life, and a while ago they did my valve covers. While doing the valve covers, they ended up breaking my connector on my truck and it was like that for a while but I never had time to go there to get it fixed. Instead of fixing it for free like they should have, they ended up charging me labor just for fixing it. She ended up arguing with me about how I didn't let them know soon enough so they wouldnt fix it for free. Ended up paying it because I kept getting more and more pissed about it. I will never go there again not even for gas if im being honest.

How come on Monday you were charging $30.00 for a 5 gallon gas can full. Seems to me a little price gouging going on. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You got one star because there is no zero to check.

The absolute worst service I have ever seen. Couldn't even be nice over the phone or tell me a gas price over the phone. Absolutely. Do not recommend these guys at all the worst.!

First and ONLY time using this auto garage. Francis Service and Towing will lowball your quote a multitude of times and then when you show up to pay it’s an extra $200. Called to address it and was cut off during the conversation so that they could give their excuse. Not to mention I had a low tire pressure light on that they couldn’t have bothered to fill up/clear.
