“Since moving to Otisville two years ago, this Rite Aid has been our go to pharmacy and I've been very happy with the service. My prescriptions get filled right away, they send lots of reminders via text and calls, and anytime there have been issues they call to let me know. Would be nice if they had a drive thru window but it's rarely busy so I don't mind going in. Keep up the great work!”

“Always shopped here with my Grandma - I LOVE VG's! Recently visited the Deli for some lunch items and cold salads, ALWAYS the best tasting options you would want from a grocer. Thank you for serving our community!”

“After our pharmacy closed and another one we went to didn’t work out due to bad communicating we were told about Bishop pharmacy, and we have been very pleased with their service. We have a child on life saving meds and need a pharmacy that is on the ball. We found the one. Thank you Bishop pharmacy.”

“The staff is always friendly and caring. Contrary to the rumour going around that this store is closing, it is not. Yes, are stock levels low in certain items, sure, but in case you haven't noticed there are a lot of places, Walmart and Meijer included, that have items in low quantities if they even have them also. As for the prices, well I expect to pay more for the convenience of not having to deal with a big box store.”

“Not sure which one you're talking about because I shop at two different ones. The one closest to me on Dort/Davison, I only go to for snacks and such. I refuse to get my prescriptions there, as a few years ago the pharmacist treated me so bad I moved to another pharmacy and then back to Walgreens but now I go to the 24-hour one across town generally for prescriptions only. I have to hop in my wheelchair and catch two buses across town, but they treat me a lot better there than they do at the one closest to me which is sad. Oh well it is what it is.”

“The pharmacist at this location was professional but down to earth. He remembered my name after just one visit. He took the time to go over all of my vaccinations and got me up to date and current. The pharmacy associates were courteous efficient and very welcoming. I originally use a different location but due to a fire that occurred next door I had to go to another location. I was so pleasantly surprised by the care and service I received that I'm permanently switching to this new location. Please keep up the excellent work”

“This is the best Kroger in Genesee county. Always friendly and very helpful staff. I had forgot to grab pop and I was using the you scan in a hurry and the worker scanned my groceries for me while I was grabbing my pop, I was very grateful for that as I was in a hurry. If you can't find something they are more than willing to go grab it for you or show you where it's at. The store is very clean always fresh fruits and vegetables. The deli also has the best cheese and lunch meat around. Definitely recommend going to this Kroger over the rest of them or any other grocery store. Also the ice cream is always fresh”

“I haven't had any issues here although I just switched my medication to their pharmacy. I was shorted on my pain medication and they won't fix it which is an issue obviously but I don't forsee it being a problem on my next fill”

“This Kroger is good for a quick trip to get a few groceries, mainly because it’s close to home and they do have some items on sale if you have a Kroger card, but if you don’t then you pay full retail price.”

“This Walgreens location is strictly a pharmacy only. Although it is very small, it is also brand new and at a convenient location. The staff are very knowledgeable and diligent in providing accurate and excellent pharmaceutical and medical service and advice.”

“This kroger has been nothing but satisfactory for me. Maybe more vegan & vegetarian options, however; all else has been all good. The staff has been nothing but friendly and welcoming, store seems clean and orderly. Pharmacy even called to discuss a new medicine. I suggest that you "Kroger" should respond to these reviews. Some aren't good..find out why.”

“Tom is an amazing pharmacist and has a wonderful group of helpful people, they have gone out of their way to help get me anything I've needed while I wait or call me the minute it comes in if they don't have something in stock. They show me that they care by making me more aware of side effects and are willing to answer any questions I have.”
