“It was the Saturday before Easter and it was busy. Stock associates were helpful and cashiers were awesome. The only ones that weren't were the associates pulling pick up orders. This seems to be common in both Kroger I shop in. They are irritated having to navigate through the aisles and don't even think about asking a question.”

“I was able to make a same day appointment online for a covid booster vaccine just two hours before my appointment time which was a relief because when attempting to do this on several of the big name pharmacy websites, they didn’t have any appointments slots for over a week out. Pharmacist that administered my vaccine was very friendly, prompt, and my shot was as painless as possible. My waiting time was maybe 15 minutes. I appreciate that they got me in and out promptly. Also, I watched the cashier sanitize all the customer pens before giving me a pen to sign my paperwork, I really appreciate that attention to detail and effort to help prevent spread of germs! Highly recommend!”

“I had picked up a prescription and it was not accurate to what the doctor told me. I called and was put on hold for 18 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold without even a greeting and then the call disconnected. I called back a third time and spoke with a different person who was so nice and actually answered the phone like a human was on the other side of the call. Her name was Jennifer, she helped me and was patient and found the issue and called the office to get it corrected. I wasn't happy with the service I received prior but because of Jennifer, I will leave a 5 star review because people do make a difference and the other employees at this pharmacy should take note and be more kind since they are in the customer service business. Meijer, you can do better, hire more Jennifer's.”
