So I stopped in at this location and Isaac and Becca did me swell I needed a headlight and Isaac hooked me right up not only was his customer service on point so was his knowledge of the product I needed so if you’re ever in need of auto parts in Otsego stop in they’ll hook you up.

Kylie and Jamie are the best! We got in there literally took three seconds helped to fix a key fob car worked perfectly fine after. I've never had the best fast service ever till I stopped at this AutoZone. Definitely recommend these two. They definitely deserve a raise!

I have showed AutoZone for 20 years and owned probably 15 Duralast batteries. But they apparently no longer price match so now buying Wal-Mart Batteries!!

Historically, I haven't had an overly positive experience at this particular store... however, Managers Sean and Isaac recently went above and beyond for me and definitely exceeded my expectations!! They worked quickly and efficiently to help me in a financially savvy and timely manner. I can't say thank you enough. Keep up the good work, and I hope corporate sees this review and praises ya'll accordingly.

Came in Asking questions about warranty item To one employee And the manager interrupted twice With an attitude telling me that they weren’t gonna warrant it and could not give me a receipt for my previous purchase. Even under my account and phone number . The warranty is no problem The way the manager presented himself was not professional Nor the interrupting. There’s plenty of other autos parts stores to support

Shawn was the one who helped me and he was SO kind and so very helpful!!
He cleaned my battery posts in my vehicle we me noticed they were corroded with battery acid and checked the lines for my windshield wiper fluid when I told him the washer fluid wasn't working.
II hadn't asked him to do any of this, he volunteered and said if there are any questions I have, or if I need help going forward, to come on back!
Excellent customer service and I most certainly will go back!
I truly appreciate good customer service and I'm sure with an upbeat, helpful attitude like he has he will definitely keep customers coming in!

I was unsure if I was having a battery issue or something else. I pulled in for a battery test and sure enough that was the problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I bought a new battery and they installed it and retested to make sure the problem was fixed.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been here a handful of times over the last several years and I always have good experiences because the employees always seem to care and do a great job. They will literally change your car battery for you if you need them to. I was there again yesterday evening and the two guys (Jeff and Sean maybe, I’m bad with names) were once again a great help, got me squared away as usual. I will continue to use this Autozone because I know I will continue to get the help I need from these guys! I highly recommend them!
