I had an amazing experience at Coops Auto in Otsego, Michigan. Bobby was incredibly informative, super friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. The rest of the staff treated me like family from the moment I walked in. They were professional, welcoming, and even let me test drive multiple cars without any pressure at all.
My family has purchased four vehicles from Coops Auto over the past several years, and every single one of them is still reliable and running strong. That kind of consistency says everything about the quality of their vehicles and the honesty of their team.
Once again, the staff was extremely friendly, I felt like part of the family, and the deal on my vehicle was honestly too good to pass up. I’m excited to drive my new Trailhawk — all thanks to Bobby and the entire Coops Auto team.
10/10 highly recommend.

Bobby was phenomenal to work with! We stopped in searching for a car for our 17 year old and he was able to help us find one that was not only in our budget but also safe and reliable for her! We were in and out with the perfect vehicle for our kid in such a short amount of time! Bobby didn't try to sell us on something that wasn't ideal for us! Strait to the point and honest about pricing and the details of the vehicle. Highly recommend!

They didn’t answer the phone but I was able to use their website to get a price for the car I was looking at in the parking lot. More than I want to pay so oh well. If prices were marked on the cars I might have looked at other vehicles they had but that’s their loss I bought a car at another dealership

Had the pleasure of meeting with them late on a Friday, they worked Saturday to finish up some banking tasks and we finalized things Monday. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable. Even had 1/2 tank of gas to take off in, in our new vehicle! Our family is very satisfied with our service!
Editing to add that John at coops is amazing, as a first time car buyer and over a year into it we’re having thermostat issues with our vehicle and having hassle from the warranty company. Within an hour he had taken the time out of his busy day to call and talk with them himself and get the issue taken care of and my car is scheduled to be repaired! They are all very great people at coops and have really proved to care about the customers that come through their door!

Toke my mom in to look at new cars. The guys was polite, nice to deal with. They was speedy with the paperwork explained everything to her. Loved the atmosphere, it was nice to have sales men that listened and sold you what you wanted. Listened to what she could afford and gave her what she was looking for.

Bobby Dixon was absolutely amazing! He made buying my first car a total breeze! He had the perfect car for me picked out before I even got there, and made the entire process so simple to understand and something that normally would have given me a massive panic attack was actually a wonderful experience. Bobby also got me a phenomenal rate. 10/10.

Bobby has sold my family two vehicles and both have been great. Great first time car buyer experience as well. Made extra keys and made sure everything I needed was there and to a safe and clean standard. The first vehicle has been kicking for years. Go to Coops Auto!
