My car broke down, near Otsego, at 4:50 on a Friday. After two dealerships told me they couldn’t look at it for 4-6 weeks, I frantically googled auto repair near me. Jim answered his phone and told me he could take a look at my car within days. He did, and my car was fixed and back in my driveway in eight days!! So helpful and reasonably priced!
