Its a good standalone drive-thru. It also has one ATM attached to drive-thru, then there is another standalone ATM behind the building with its own drive-thru. Both work well and staff is super friendly.

I am in the process of refinancing my house. The staff at PNC Otsego have been very helpful and have made this a very easy pleasant experience.
