“We were traveling out of town from Kentucky to Michigan. On the start of our return home we had a flat tire. Luckily we were close to Harrington’s Auto Service. We stopped in and could see they were busy. The lady making an appointment on the phone showed a booked calendar on the computer screen. We told them our predicament. Mark, the manager asked one of his men if they had an open bay. They did and he immediately checked out our tire and repaired it. Not only did her repair it but suggested we get new tires when we got home. Told us the issues and said they would be fine to get us home. No up selling just good customer service. We were out in 30 minutes and on the road to home. If I lived close to their location, I would take my car there for service. They are friendly, helpful, and did a great service for us. Thanks for making our vacation have a good ending.”

“My wife and I were hauling a pontoon home to Upper Michigan when our transmission blew.. We called around only to find out it was going to be a week to several weeks to get fixed.. When we spoke to Joe he assured us he could get it done in two days... He did it in one!
This man went out of his way to not only make us a priority, he drove us to the hotel while we waited for the repair and picked us up in our vehicle when he was done so we could go to his shop to pay.
His shop was immaculate and his service was professional..

“Went in for an oil change and had prearranged supplying the oil because I wanted a specific brand of synthetic. Tech used their synthetic and I noticed my oil was still in my vehicle when I picked it up. They offered to do a drain and fill right then but I didn’t have time. So they said the next service would be comped if I supply the oil. I’m good with that! At least they are trying to make it right with me which is more than I can say for a lot of places I’ve done business with!”

“I was traveling from East Central Indiana to Traverse City Michigan pulling my 5th wheel when I found the sidewall damaged by on one of my tires. I called Camping World and General RV near Grand Rapids. No one had my tire size. Called Martin Tire in Martin, MI. Mike Smith had my tire size in stock and he replaced all 4 on a Saturday when he’s usually closed. He didn’t have to answer his phone that morning but he did. Great service from a small tire shop! Thank you again Mike for going over and above to get us back on the road.”

I came in with a donut on my car, and they got me in the garage quickly, and mounted the new tire I brought onto a rim, and swapped my spare tire out with the new tire so quickly. The price was perfect as well. Will definitely use them again if needed, and would absolutely recommend.”

“I unfortunately did not come to a final deal with them, but these guys were pretty darn nice to work with. Bob, Brandon and Bryan all helped me both visits. They treated me respectfully and talked to me like a normal person. That is all you can ask for. The dealership is small but nice and clean.
