I have went to Grace for my haircuts since I was 10 yr old. She is not only friendly but does the best job. If you want it done right you go here. She and her daughter do the best job.

To Joy Lynn: I am so sorry to read this review. I truly wish you would’ve called me right away instead of waiting 5 months to walk in to let me know. It was December 16th ,that I gave you a perm and according to the card it was a perm with white and purple rods and took great and you seemed to like it.- according to my note.You would have noticed burnt hair right away if that had happened from the perm. When you came in, I didn’t notice that whatsoever but I did notice some breakage. I would have liked to have talked to you about other things that could’ve caused that if you would’ve gave me the chance. You had mentioned to my coworker that you had broken your leg and had surgery and if you were to research that, you would see that post surgery medicines can cause hair loss. I would’ve asked you if you by chance have had Covid because three months after having Covid and if you were very sick can cause hair loss up to six months after the fact. Another thing that can happen is using a temperature controlled curling iron and have that temperature too high for your fine hair. These are just a few thoughts. I’ve been doing perms for over 30 years and have never had this type of complaint. We use the best products in our salon,that we truly trust. I’m sorry but waiting 5 months to say something just didn’t seem right to me and that’s why I felt the need to respond.Service: Perm

I'll never go back there again!!!!!!!!Patty gave me a perm.I havehad to deal with most of hair on my scap was burnt right off!Looks so stupid!I had a funeral. All the winter, & Easter holidays .Service: Perm
