“I have been going to the m52 location since the 1990s. These have been mostly tire repairs and I have never had a single problem in any of the times afterward until buying new tires. I brought my tire in after supposedly having it repaired at walmart. The technician Isaiah was kind enough to pull me in the garage and explain exactly why Walmart did a bad job and what he was going to do to try to correct the problem. Highly recommend going to the tire factory for all of your tire needs.”

“I bought a new set of Hancook Dynapro RC10 XT, by far the best tire I’ve had yet. The J & S crew, Steve, Lee and Greg, are by far the best in the business. They are knowledgeable and honest people. They take great pride in what they do. I’ve never had a bad experience. J&S tire is the only place I’ll go for tires and mechanical work. 10/10.”
“They saved the day! I drove 4 hours home to Owosso from Mackinac Island where I’m working for the summer. I had to be back the next day for work and as I get to Owosso I find out my starter was dying. I was unsure if I’d make it back to the island the following day. I called Kennedy’s thinking it was a long shot they could have me taken care of within less than 24 hours, but they got me in and out with more than enough time and didn’t over charge me, which they honestly could have cause I was desperate.
I highly recommend them for their great customer service and integrity as a business.

“Emily is great!! We purchased a 2026 Equinox in Sept 2025. Unfortunately we were hit on 12/26/25 and the car was totaled . We called Emily and she immediately looked and found the identical vehicle. The worst part of buying a car is the paperwork and She was great! Pulling old paperwork and finance info and she got us an even better rate. She made the purchase so much easier which came at a difficult time and I really needed assistance.”
