“The woman ( I can't remember her name, shes new to me as Ive visited this branch several times) that helped me at the Owosso MI branch is the best. She was very helpful with all my needs today, which included filing a dispute, researching on the charge, canceling my old debit card, making a new one and I paid off a loan. She suggested a new product type for me which will earn me more interest and she signed me up for that as well. I was done with all that within 30 mins. I was on my hour lunch break. Thank you so so much for your 5 star service.”

“On 3 3 25 I was scammed by a person pretending to be PFCU Fraud Department. I called PFCU and was hysterical when I saw money being stolen. I want to give Kudos to Amber who answered the phone and stayed calm and helped me very quickly to reverse the transaction and in doing so. Stopped the stealing. And then 3 4 25, Andrew helped us with setting up our new account in all aspects. Thanks to all. There are bad people out there but thank God for the good ones to help us. ❤️?”
