Drove from Flint to Owosso 20 miles out of my way to go to the store. It was worth it. Fast polite customer service walked out with a phone instead of dealing with T-Mobile.

I came here at 10 this morning like the door said but no one showed up on Wednesday July 6 2022. This is a very inconvenient of the manager in charge my girlfriend was trying to get a phone before she went to work and we waited so far 12 minutes I think this is very unprofessional of a manager or assisted manager when the sign says 10:00 then you should be open at 10:00 not 11:00 or 12:00

I stopped into Cricket in Owosso my S10 screen was damaged and andrew went the extra mile to move over all my contacts manually even though he couldn't see the screen. never seen a salesman go so far to help a customer! truly a great experience

I came into this store with not very high expectations because I only had $200 to my name and I didnt have a number to switch over. But Andrew the store manager was nice, friendly, and he made me super happy by getting me the LG Stylo 6 under my budget all set up and out the door!
