I only gave one star because then I wouldn't be able to do a review if I did not, everyone in the whole entire neighborhood hates this company we literally moved out to the country to get away from them and they are still screwing up our yard taking stuff and disrespecting us. I would highly recommend T-Mobile if you're in the country way better people. They really need to get better employees I cannot stress that enough when I lived in town they actually tried stealing from us it was all on camera.... They also like to throw cigarette butts in the yard and leave empty holes for children to fall into would not recommend.

If you are looking for internet/phone service that isn't constantly disrupted, Daystarr is your solution. I have Daystarr for both my business, and my home. I never have to "press one" to talk to a real person. The people who answer, and service your line live right here in our community.

One of the best services to add. We bought our house a year ago and my Fiancés must have was to have access to their internet. I was so grateful for their service map while house hunting. It made it super easy to check if that area would also have their service. To this day I still love their service. I've also had to call in the past to check our internet and they made time that same day to come out and troubleshoot for us (even thou it was our router). The tech made amazing recommendations to resolve the issue and even enjoyed saying hello to our nosey cat.

We love Daystarr! We are in the country and had horrible internet until Daystarr came down the road and offered fiber! What a huge upgrade. My husband and I work remote and are in and out of zoom meetings throughout the day with zero lag. When the service goes down (very rarely) they get us back up and running quickly. Grateful for this company and their staff!

Iam very unhappy on how Daystarr schedules an install without my okay to do so. They had miss dig come out with out me okaying anything! They were one step in front of themselves before me even saying yes to the service! Sorry I will keep my service else where!

Service is amazing had for at least 3 years now and have had at most a few cumulative hours of downtime over this entire period! Having fiber and bidirectional gig each in a small town is amazing huge shoutout to this company for making it possible and at a very reasonable cost.It's sad to see only a 4 star rating on here dragged down by so many reviews of people not able to get service. Not sure how people justify giving 1 star reviews because they are out of the service area or they paid their bill numerous days late and their service was shutoff. This is a 5 star company!!

The service was good and never had a problem with connectivity, that said the office personel are terrible to work with, God forbid you get into a financial behind and get behind a little, they will shut you off for literally being 11 days late. When you reach out to see what's going on they tell you "well you have to pay your bill" again 11 days late. When I try to speak with the owner I get told no he won't talk to you. that is no way for a small business in a small town to act. Very unprofessional and downright rude. I guess they don't want to do business. I don't care how good the internet was the way I was treated was very disrespectful. Just went back to Spectrum.
