Great guys, I’m very appreciative of their customer service. My battery died in the middle of the intersection down the road, they helped me push the car into the lot and charged me up free of charge to get me home. Thanks guys, I’ll keep you in mind for future service.

I visited this shop on 7-24-23 to get estimates on my vehicle. I had a list of stuff that’s needs to be fixed. I’m rating this on customer service and not car repairs because I was trying to become a new customer. I came in to get estimates. The guy from the start seemed irritated because I need estimates on several things. I handed him the list and he said he would call back following day with pricing and it would take a couple of days to complete work. I was ok with that until now. Going into third day tomorrow and no phone call. I guess my money not good enough for your establishment. I was prepared to fork out 1800-2200 dollars in repairs. I figured from my estimates, it would have been in that range. It’s alright, I found another shop that is going to do the work and get it done in one day. You shouldn’t judge your customers and assume they can’t afford the repairs. Will never be back.

I had a car that was falling apart. Had the crew at J&S take a look. Got back to me within a couple hours on an estimate and was done the next day with major repairs, a wheel alignment, and four new tires. These guys are great! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone that asks.

Not a fire stone. They also chose to talk down to me before my service like i don't understand vehicle's when I knew everything wrong with it. Brake inspection isn't free because it isn't a Firestone anymore. Very misleading

Went to get a wheel alignment and tires balanced they told me I needed two new tires pulled all of my balancing weights off of my tires said they replace a valve stem and did not and sent me on my way with 20 lb of air in all of my tires their shysters thieves refuse to balance my tires they're pushy and Shady tried to tell me I needed to replace parts that I have just replaced and that are brand new
