Have dealt with this store for custom blinds for my home. Have had nothing but issues. Had a blind that the manufacturer made to the wrong size and it became MY issue to get fixed! I was required to take about a dozen pictures to prove it was too long only to be told that Laura/Levelor needed additional pictures (oh and by the way I spoke with Levelor directly after three months only to find out that they NEVER received any of the pictures that Laura had told me she supposed

This store has been entrusted to provide critical services during the COVID-19 pandemic. That carries with it an implied responsibility to provide their services in a safer manner. As a healthcare professional (nurse), Ian acutely aware of the very real health consequences of COVID-19. As the Governor is beginning to open up the economy, I ventured to the store in Owosso today. I was masked as were a few other customers. However the same could not be said for the workers. I asked a lady wiping down the self checkout why they were not wearing masks. Her reply, "I don't know. I guess we just don't want to." At that point I left my cart and told her that since they were not taking precautions, I was not going to shop there. I came home and called the manager. Got an assistant manager. I explained what happened and tried to educate him about the risks to his staff and the community and they are not doing their part. He said many of them have conditions that prevent them from wearing masks. This is BS I tried to explain that people with medical conditions are more at risk. He said he was going to end the call and not listen to me anymore so I hung up. Home Depot in Owosso is only concerned with $ not protecting their staff or community. We will no longer shop there even after this pandemic.

I placed an order for pick up. Got no confirmation so I didnt even know if the order went through. Two days later I went back on line to see if I had to re-order. Found out it had been ready for 2 days. Sent my son to pick it up. Home depot called and the lady on the other end of the line was snippy and told me I had to call ahead to send someone else. Well I get that, but tell me how to call ahead when they never answer the phone? Irritated now. Maybe consider looking for a new store. St Johns maybe?

Bought the Behr brand deck coating. This is the results of two summers use( said guaranteed to last 5). When I called to complain they told me lawsuit filed against behr BUT finished in February. Any company that won't, at a minimum refund the cost of their products is a company that no longer has my loyalty!!! Very very disappointed in the Behr brand AND The Home Depot. Will definitely shop elsewhere!!!

Thank you for being closed on Thanksgiving day. I wish the other stores in our town followed your lead! It will be nice to shop Black Friday sales that went on sale Friday. My husband and I will be giving preference to your store over the others tomorrow! Happy Thanksgiving!

On 10-8-18 I went to assemble the Cub Cadet bagger I bought (along with a lawn mower) from this store. The bagger was missing a part. After numerous calls to Cub Cadet, I was unable to speak with someone from CC. So angry I could spit nails, I drove 30 miles to HD not knowing if they could solve my problem without boxing all the parts back up. I met with Chad, this gentleman went above and beyond. I can't say enough how his help eased a difficult situation. He is an asset to your store and should be recognized as such. Thank you for your help and understanding Chad.
