I have banked with Huntington since it changed over from first merit. Never have I had trouble. Always friendly and helpful employees. If you all are having issues with them your probably not doing something right. And thank covid for appointments. Everything has been different since 2020 and continues to be. Get use to it. Love the 2 day early pay. Love the 24 hr. grace on overdrafts.

Don’t walk, RUN from this bank!!At a whim they will put a hold on your account so you cannot check your balances or see if checks are clearing!!They blocked my Internet access or ability to see my account for 10 days while waiting for a check to clear.Understandably a hold should be put on that large amount in the check but not the rest of the account.That’s it for me, I’m moving to a local credit union. You should as well.They treat good customers like criminals, don’t say I didn’t warn you.Obviously there is a contest for the worlds Worst bank, the final is between PNC and Huntington, Huntington wins

I have been a customer for years. My kids just got jobs took them in to open a bank account on Friday so they can get direct deposit and was told they have no appointments available till next week tuesday to open a bank account are you kidding me.

Customer service is terrible. What happened ? Where is management? Long lines and no assistance. When standing inside told to call for appointment. What happened to old fashioned banking. Thinking of changing banks. Will not recommend friends as very incompetent.

Huntington in itself is such a shi**y bank, and they could care less about you or your money, they don't keep track of nothing oh and you'll be paying so many fees

I have been a loyal customer with Huntington for years. Not impressed with the recent merge. The customer service has gone downhill fast.You cannot reach anyone by phone, they just tell you to go to a branch. If you call the call center you are on hold for an hour. If this continues I will be pulling my multiple accounts and taking my business elsewhere. I do t recommend them to anyone anymore. Very sad.

Huntington has been a great partner up until now, but their Chemical Bank merger has screwed up everything. TWO satellite branches closed, and the worst location in Owosso is now the only branch. Add to this, the online service and speed of payments has suffered as well. Clean it up fast, I if I can't rely on you locally, then I might as well just have all the accounts at Barclay's.

I have been with Huntington since 2016 and I have had nothing but issues and can never talk to anyone on the phone if this continues I am changing
