Both James and Nichelle were very helpful throughout the process. I rate only 4 stars because of the price it cost to actually file. I get the layover fee, but $650 to actually file taxes seems absurd to me. Will be looking for a different option next filing season. Thank you for your assistance.

I was Alastair minute walk in around closing time and Nichelle Kenmer was great she took us and did them and was so nice and when we hit a snag she handled it with no issue I will hopefully get to use her again next year...
