GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH

This particular pharmacy shorted my husband's blood pressure medication and stated they gave him the entire quantity. He was 11 days short and they told us we had to pay out of pocket for the difference. Excuse me? That was the mistake of the pharmacy, not my husband. We already pay for our prescriptions, and we expect all of it to be there. This is an unacceptable practice. Kroger needs to make this right!

I am a brittle type 1 diabetic who gets insulin and syringes online. This month I ran short of syringes. As I shop at Kroger 5 to 8 times a week, (I shop for 5 different houses), and spend between $1500 and $2500 a week, I thought I would go to their pharmacy for 1 box of syringes. The pharmacy manager was asked if the tech could sell them to me. She smirked at me and said it's against their policy. Then why didn't the tech tell me no? Why was she asked.
I wear an omnipod and dexcom device on my body and offered to show her. She smirked again and dismissed me.
As much as I hate walmart, I'm giving them my money.
By the way, walmart sells insulin and syringes without prescription!
And why would you not sell me a $14 box. I'm not wearing a suit, but I don't look strung out either. Even if I looked strung out, why wouldn't you sell to a drug addict and give them clean needles.

Called the pharmacy as a physician. was put on hold for over 15 mins. This kind of service sucks. If they put physicians on hold for so long, cant imagine how they treat their patients.

Me and my wife went in there today and we're treated very badly by tech. She told us that our insurance did not cover flu shots. We knew this was incorrect and told her that it was the same insurance that we have had for years. Just incompetent and couldn't figure out what she was doing wrong, told her we had insurance on the phone for her to get their help. She would not listen, acted like she knew it all. We went to Meijer and got our flu shots. Regrets, Dr. S and Mrs Lewis

Patricia was very rude, wanted to do anything and everything besides help me. Just had a major attitude! Would recommend asking for someone else if you need help.

Often has to order meds... Meds not in house. Takes too long to get refills. Patricia a tech in Owosso is very rude and actually hit my car door with the drawer. When brought to her attention, she just smiled with no apology. She did this twice. Other staff is more friendly and helpful.

I have had issue after issue with this location. Needless to say after the ridiculous ordeal I went through today I will never be using them again. I would give zero stars if I could.

The people who work there are very friendly and professional. On several occasions the pharmacist has recommended ways I can save money onmy prescriptions. She looks into other plans besides my own. I really appreciate that.

Kroger pharmacy goes above and beyond. I have two awesome experiences. The first, my zofran couldn’t be covered by insurance yet, they found a manufacturer coupon for me to get it for a cheaper price AND when I told three how miserable I was they had it done in less than 20 mins for me. Secondly after testing positive for Covid they were so accommodating, they let me drive through the drive through and let me purchase cough syrup when no one else would. Very grateful for how kind they are and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients
