I’ve been using LAFCU since it was Centel Credit Union. They’re not just a bank, it feels more like a family. Rachel in collections is AWESOME!!! I call her my personal finance lady :). She’s been so helpful with a lot of different things. I highly recommend LAFCU!!!

I love the staff inside but is impossible to get any help on the phone. I wish they change the phone stuff.
