I am the listing agent on a deal in Evart. Older model modular when I received an offer I was told by lender he could lend on the unit so I took it off market for 2/3 weeks. Just found out a week before close they cant lend on older modular units.

Evan was amazing to work with! He was great at communicating with us and our realtor. We had a rate lock that was going to expire and he worked hard the week of 4th of July to make sure we could close before it expired! He went above and beyond to help us through the entire process.
