“Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Nicholas & Miranda for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help my husband and I transfer our cell phone service to Spectrum Mobile last weekend. Mine went quick, but my husband had a small glitch when getting his phone number to transfer, that needed a quick resolution taking us past closing time. Nicholas was so kind and patient and both he and Miranda worked diligently to get it resolved.Both of us went home with a smooth transition and working phones. We also decided to try Xumo Streaming Services that Spectrum offers, after Nicholas provide brief demo and recommended this product.
