Hours: The Kroger store in Owosso East Plaza is very nice, laid‑back, and has helpful people. A blonde lady in produce is polite and helps customers pick vegetables. Some shoppers note that a table was sticky and they had to wait for their bill. Many like to shop there for groceries, pets at TSC, and other stores, and the Subway drive‑thru makes the trip efficient. The store has plenty of items on sale and is easier to shop through than Meijer and other large box stores. Recently it changed some things and limited its organic/vegan section, disappointing some. The store is clean, rarely out of stock, and its app offers the best deals and perks, easy to use.
