After 2 months of storing our items here, we found most of our boxes had been burrowed into by rats and had to throw away everything we had stored there, including my wedding gown and irreplaceable family heirlooms. Everything was covered in droppings.

I really enjoyed running a storage unit from Owosso Mini Storage. Customer service was always willing to assist with my needs and questions. I would rent from there again.

Went to pick up a trailer and the guy told me my lights didn't work. Funny, I rent from uhaul almost weekly and did not have issue. Maine it is was his little Keychain light yester. But he was super unhelpful and had no desire to even want to hookup the trailer and check that way. I do not recommend them for trailer rental.

The gentleman was a Saint. The app sucks if you don't have good signal. And he even helped me in the rain, to get the keys to truck.

I used this facility to store my camper. I went to retrieve my camper and it was blocked by the road grader that they hired to redo their parking lot. It took numerous phone calls and over 1 week to fix the situation with the storage place moving MY camper without my permission. Don't rent from this place!

I went in on a Friday to get a unit to store my things. The guy who helped me said he would keep a lock on it til I came the nest day, Saturday, with mine. He asked me when I would be arriving so he can get the lock off. I told him 2:30. 2:45 the lock was still on the unit and no one was on site. I then made a call Monday to cancel out my unit. He said I wasn’t in the system but he would make sure to have me taken out of it. Next month I got charge. I called back and told them what happened and that I would like a refund for both those months considering I wasn’t even able to move in. I only got refunded for one month.
