I wish the Durand branch wouldn't have closed, Dawn was great. Owosso doesn't come close to the same service. Frankly, I don't know how they stay in business. I don't have a choice but to go there.

This has been my medical supply store for over a decade. Any problem with billing or problems with equipment I always get a solution. They also are great at getting back with you when they say they're going to.
