Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Nicholas & Miranda for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help my husband and I transfer our cell phone service to Spectrum Mobile last weekend. Mine went quick, but my husband had a small glitch when getting his phone number to transfer, that needed a quick resolution taking us past closing time. Nicholas was so kind and patient and both he and Miranda worked diligently to get it resolved.Both of us went home with a smooth transition and working phones. We also decided to try Xumo Streaming Services that Spectrum offers, after Nicholas provide brief demo and recommended this product. Looking forward to saving even more money each month.We both highly recommend Nicholas & Miranda and the store management at this Owosso location to anyone! I’ll admit, my first go around with Spectrum wasn’t great. Mainly akin to billing issues. I decided to give it another go when I moved into my new apartment, haven’t had an issue other than a bad router. I decided to swap my mobile over the other day, since they use Verizon towers. Had some activation issues, but the lady was nice.

My husband and I have always had outstanding service at this location.A few months ago I paid off my phone with ATT to switch onto my husband's plan with spectrum and ATT didn't want to unlock my phone and was himming and hawing, but in order to lock in my free mobile line spectrum was offering due to us upgrading our internet (it was the last day to lock in this offer,) Carole was on the phone for me with ATT for almost 2 hours until they agreed to unlock my phone so I could switch to spectrum and have a free mobile line for an entire year. I'm so impressed and surprised she didn't give up at all. She really fought for me and im forever grateful to Carole!!! She saved us so much money!My husbands phone screen recently shattered, and Janie helped get us an $800 phone for $143 out the door paid in full. She found us the Galaxy S24 which had a promotion $700 off if you traded in your phone plus the value of your trade in, which we were only offered $4 for the phone but we ended up getting $704 off an $800 phone!!! We couldn't believe it and kept the receipt as a trophy!We love the staff here. Thanks for helping us so much! Especially Carole and Janie!

Ok so went in and I got the best customer service from Carol she is the best of the best she can solve anything you throw at her thank you so much Carol. I'd give u 5 stars anytime chick and I would refer anyone to u ? this chick will go up and beyond for you.

Do not trust “Jared” asked for a $50 plan i got billed $140 my first month (understanding there’s a start up fee) second month game around $100 WHAT??? Went to spectrum store and they said he added another gig to our plan that we DID NOT ASK FOR. The girl from different location working said he was insane for that. Will never return to this location WOW. Got my money refunded

This place is the SLOWEST PLACE TO GO TO IN OWOSSO!!! Don't plan on getting in and out quickly! 6 desks, 1 employee working the front, full waiting room as multiple other employees are coming in and out of the back not helping the person in front to get caught up. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this place of business!!!

Im canceling both of my accounts with spectrum, so far spectrum is the worst internet provider Ive dealt with. Almost every day internet goes out, and i got overcharged with at least 400$ for services that Ive never used

Carole did a fabulous job with us, we decided to upgrade our son’s phone for Christmas and get our youngest his own phone as well. She made this experience easy and everything went smoothly!

Had the best experience in store with Carolanne. She is a very knowledgeable Sales associate in the Owosso Spectrum store location. I was eligible for a phone upgrade and was told I could do that over the phone with an associate. I called and was on the phone for over 1 hour. I was given all the wrong information and wasn’t able to process my upgrade. I went into the owosso store location and everything changed. Carolanne answered all my questions and was very Knowledgable about the phones. I walked out the door with my upgrade and another upgrade for my account.

My wife and I went in to get upgrades on our phones. Carole was our agent. She went above and beyond for us. We went back the following day to get our daughters phones upgraded. There was a few issues that required her to make a few phone calls and even talk to a supervisor to make things happen for us. We spent over two hours in the store making sure things were done right for us. Carole did this with patience and humor. We never felt like we were a burden. She was fantastic!! Her customer service exceeded five stars!!!!

Carole at the owosso store is the best. She gave excellent service when we switched from AT&T to spectrum. Then we had TV issues and she resolved that in a flash. She is a gold mine for this company, she is top notch in service. Thank you Carole.
