Had a very rude experience was told one thing over the phone and another in person tried to get a cashier check and was told I have no money until I told them I only needed it for a few dollars to pay outta state taxes then it was a laughing matter no customer service been banking with them for 5 years always direct deposit but I think it’s time to change to a bank that actually builds relationships with its customers

Would not use this institution. Especially for anything mortgage related. Chaz Pray won’t call you back or respond to your emails for weeks after you jump through hoops to send him everything he needs….Chaz didn’t know simple rules of his trade with all his years of experience. It was real nice to waist hours of my week for multiple weeks when I was trying to give him business. Thankfully his boss called me back to not waist any more of my time. Would never do business with this company again. I’ll be closing all accounts.

The people at Team One have been such a great help to me! I am not a very technical person and they were very patient showing me how to use the online banking system!

This place is driving me up the wall. My husband and I paid off a loan with them which was a pain in the neck in and of its self. Then a few months ago we get a call letting us know about their auto loan rates and wondering if we want to purchase a new car and finance through them. I let them know that no we did not, but also was a little shocked thst this is now a thing. Fast forward to June maybe 6 months after first call and I get another. Same thing. I say no thank you. Last week again a call, and then this week 3 days 3 calls!!!!! Are you kidding me! It's got to be a joke right. This place can not be calling me 3 times ? and it's only Wednesday giving me the same line about financing an auto loan with them. Give me a break. I very clearly told the woman today she needed to remove us from whatever call list we had made it onto and that in the future team one would be at the bottom of my lost of place to use. As it is I still can't even get a pay off letter from them about the last loan I paid off, and while I was set up to pay my loan online I was never able to do that being set up with a $0 pay limit. What?
