I had a great experience with Thompson Floors! After ordering our flooring, the shipping company encountered a major delay. Jerry was on top of it and figured out a solution for us that kept us on schedule and on budget. We have some really unique/difficult angles the installers had to negotiate, but they did an excellent job and it came out beautiful. They were also super friendly; I felt very comfortable having them in our home. Thanks guys!!

Rude installers. Used my bathroom without even asking. The owner of the company said” you live in the country. You gotta pee you gotta pee” Very unprofessional comment. Constantly said how small my house is.Damaged my storm door and my brand newrefrigerator and won’t compensate me for any of it. Denied all of it. I’d post pictures, but it won’t let me on here so pictures are on the fb page. Basically a joke to the owner. Installers commented on how empty my refrigerator was and that I hadn’t bought groceries. Very unprofessional

refrigerator and won’t compensate me for any of it. Denied all of it and basically laughed about it. Installers even knew I hadn’t bought groceries and commented about it because they said my refrigerator was pretty empty.

The couple that own the place are the absolute sweetest people. They stayed after closing to help my daughter pick out a remnant for her room. They even helped her out and delivered it for free so she didn't have to try getting it in her vehicle. Their prices are more than affordable. If you need any type of flooring, I would highly recommend them.

The first time I went through this place they did good. So decided to have them do more floors worst mistakes ever! The guy cut the flooring when it was supposed to be whole he said it was because it was flattened to much from the manufacturer then the carpet in my meditation room is just sitting on the floor with no tack strip and when he removed the trim he broke it up so bad he took it with him without telling me and then tried charging me $200 for me to fix his problem. They still have not came back to fix this and we had an appointment the 26th. I will never go to this place againService: Install flooring
