Great gym for ANYONE and EVERYONE. I started here pursuing general health and fitness, and many of the folks encouraged me to try competing in strongman…. So I did, and it was awesome, and now I’m training for a powerlifting meet with their support!

Worst gym ever! New owner took over and just went down hill. Very small and only for power lifting .

I just joined and so far-I love it. There’s more here for what my goals target and there is more range for different types of workout goals here. Open 24/7 is a huge reason and the location is perfect!

Compared to anytime, overpopulated with less access (twice as many people at all times, back room is used for classes now, spinning room is just filled with bikes nobody uses, warm up area was replaced with machines to make room for the four barbell racks that were added) all for $40/mo. Relatively less welcoming for those trying to get their 4-5 days/week on their own to stay healthy, but the trainers are all 10/10 solid people who are great at what they do. Soft 6/10, hope they figure out a way to add some space.

I trained CrossFit here for awhile. The coaches were outstanding, providing exactly the kind of guidance and motivation I needed. The equipment was well maintained and appropriate for the training. My fellow trainees were outstanding people and a joy to work out with.The gym has recently moved to a new location. I haven't been to the new building yet. I look forward to seeing what they're doing there. I have confidence it will be an outstanding facility.

Since the owner bought out Anytime Fitness and moved into that space, this is now the best gym in the area. He kept all the best equipment from both locations, set up the crossfit box in the back, and even kept the spin classroom. It’s a gym for people who take their health and fitness seriously, and the other members are friendly and always willing to offer guidance to a newbie. And with all the trainers combined in one building (6 total I believe), anyone can find a perfect fit.

Many improvements over ATF. Great culture. More and better equipment. Friendly staff and patrons that are engaging, helpful, and want to see you succeed. This feels like what a gym should be.

At first I thought the CrossFit portion would be too small for some of the sessions. But after two weeks I think it just might be an ideal size and work even for the few occasions that we may be crowded such as the Murph Challenge. But we are all family and will make it work. Love the 24/7 side of it.
