Purchased a Groupon for axe throwing and floor curling at Axe Social. Very loud atmosphere. The instructor was friendly and helpful but wandered off at one point. I LOVED that they provided the Venmo QR codes for employees so that you could tip that way. More businesses should consider it! Food was DELICIOUS but I wouldn't expect anything less from G's! The curling was pretty cool! It was like a self-serve kinda set up and the rules were posted on the wall. I had a lot of fun but wouldn't recommend doing it after eating since you're bending over each turn.

Understaffed and overbooked. They know how to TAKE a reservation, but not how to HOLD a reservation, which is really the most important part.

Rude staff, reservations mean absolutely nothing because they overbook activities and cut your time in half. Will not be bring my family back for another New Year's Eve.

Unfortunately I have never been pleased with this establishment. Workers have been rude or insistant on the littlest things. Trampoline park is average, and a lot of things are overpriced.

The activities are cool, but their gizmos and digital forms have easily avoidable coding errors that cause unnecessary frustration.

Place is absolutely trash!! Do not plan your event here. We rented darts billiards & curling for a surprise 40th birthday party. They told part of our party that we didn't have reservations, treated us like garbage, and drinks ordered didn't come for over 30min!! Until the birthday girl got there, and her sister showed the email confirmation. Our reservations started 1/2 hour late. Then @ 7:59 literally have 15 employees take darts out of our hands and kick us out!! I mean literally taking the cake we cut & throwing it out, taking pizza from kids sitting at a table to make room for a party. A party they didn't inform us about, or we would have never booked this event here!! Stay away, keep your money to businesses that want more than just your dollars! Places that want to earn your loyalty and repeat business. Way to wreck the evening. Will never spend my money here again. Peace of $h!t place for sure!

We come here all of the time to take our kids to Urban Air. Last time we were there, we had to put our Gatorade’s, that we purchased there, with our stuff to keep everything together; every time we needed a drink, we went down to the cafe area. One of the attendants threw away our gatorades! I asked to speak to a manager, and the 16-year old manager proceeded to argue with me. Apparently he was the “highest ranking manager” there at the time. I am appalled with the customer service, and as a business owner myself, I cannot imagine treating repeat paying guests that way! We were debating having our kids birthday party here, but not we won’t be coming back.

Went to go bowling and have lunch as a family on Sunday, March 12. The food service by G's pizza was horrible. Barely saw our waitress for the hour and a half to two hours we were there. Took 15-20 to even receive our drinks from her. Had to track her down twice to pay our bill. Also, the rates for bowling is outrageous while it's not even a real bowling alley. $80 for 2 hours of bowling and (4) shoe rentals?!We don't plan to come back, left feeling like nearly $200 and an hour and half to two hours of our time was a waste, just to leave frustrated with our overall experience.

We were there 12/31, between 4pm and 6pm.The people working were nice. Three of us bowled. It will be the last time. This is the noisiest bowling alley we've ever bowled in. I don't know what the flooring is made of, but when you release the ball, as it makes contact with the floor, it sounds like a car crash. The acoustics are horrible! The sweep wagon can be heard even standing behind the benches. Add in the go-cart noise and yowza! Add in the flashing lights and YIKES! Talk about sensory overstimulation!Side note: Like other reviewers commented, it took Axe Social one week to respond to my inquiries. Catherine was apologetic and respectful. Would give her, and the young lady who brought us drinks, 4 stars.

This has always been one of my go-to places to chill and have fun with friends or family, but the prices are way too high for the service and activities there.

Told me if I hit one wall on the go karts I was out(assumed I was drunk) then proceeded to kick my wife out of the karts after she hit one person. Profiling.......I never hit 1 wall in 12 laps

Over priced and unprofessional. They want a $450 deposit for an axe throwing reservation to start which was never mentioned in any of the emails we received then we were trying to communicate about a reservation they just randomly stopped responding. I was going to have my Bachelorette Party there tomorrow with bowling, karaoke, and axe throwing for roughly 15-20 people but I think we'll find someplace that actually responds to their customers and returns emails and voice mails. I wouldn't recommend. Sucks for them they lost out on almost $1000 in business on one night
