Using meijers pharmacy for more than ten years. If you can’t live without your meds I suggest getting them at another pharmacy. Three days and they are just now trying to figure out my Covid meds. This place is a joke 90% of the time. Broken drive-through ,systems down, rude employees. It’s always something.

If you have a chronic illness and rely on meds, I suggest you find another pharmacy. This meijer pharmacy is incredibly unreliable, they never communicate anything like insurance issues unless you show up, and try to get you to rely on the app (that doesn't even work half the time, let alone give you any information) to get the info you need about your prescriptions. Not to mention their systems are constantly down and nothing has been done to deal with that issue in the year I've been using this pharmacy. They always seem to have issues with having meds in stock and ordering them at the correct times.

Running out is poor planning. Telling me to "call around" is lazy. Although, in Meijer's defense, this is pretty standard service from them across the board.

I had my Covid booster here. The pharmacist Abe did a great job and was very professional.

Worst pharmacy in Oxford. If you want a quicker, friendlier experience, go to Hometown Pharmacy.

I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy. The entire staff lacks empathy, and any sort of competence. The pharmacist is rude, and made insuitating comments, basically calling me a drug addict. I've filed complaints with every health care provider I can think of. Avoid at all costs.

Pharmacist James N was extremely professional, compassionate, and patient with the variety of customers that he helped. I was impressed at the level of support he offered to everyone that came to his window. Great job!

From my experience today the young lady with long blonde hair hates autistic people. Please ask for someone else if she is going to “help you”/ yell at her coworkers right in front of you saying she doesn’t like you and not confronting me what I did wrong for her to hate me that much.

Takes too long to fill prescriptions. Seems like they don’t have it stock. And the drive thru is always broken.

My communication with this pharmacy ranges from fair to poor, especially over the phone for basic questions to transferring prescriptions from one pharmacy to another. I seem to have the luck of the draw in always contacting the rudest and most argumentative pharmacy technician, PENNY, in the Meijer Oxford Pharmacy. The public does not call a pharmacy to argue nor care to hear if their medication inquiring about is a "controlled substance". We are already aware of the medication we called to inquire about that was prescribed by our physician. No one needs to be prejudged, shamed or have the "controlled substance" laws dictated when signs are posted everywhere. I've worked in healthcare directly with pharmacies for 33 years. I have NEVER encountered someone of this poor caliber, yet she is in customer service. Her customer service is poor to unacceptable and I do not know how or why she is employed. She truly gives the family owned company "Meijer" a bad name, just by being employed under their umbrella. I WILL be deterring my pharmacies I work with one-on-one from using this pharmacy due to poor service as well as writing the corporate office regarding her. My husband has already spoken to the corporate office who is her pharmacist's boss as well wrote the corporate office.

They always have time to answer my questions. You can even get a private consultation with pharmacist. In today environment of meds for everyone and everything, it great to get to talk to a pharmacists and get his knowledge on the meds being prescribed.

If you or your "loved one" has chronic conditions in which precious monthly prescription is your lifeline, this is not the pharmacy for you. They simply are not staffed for such tasks as letting you know if there is a problem with availability, insurance etc. You might be in a situation where you're waiting days to hear from them while sucking on a lifesaver.
