“I can't say enough good things about the guys who showed up for our move. They were so friendly and personable. They had a great attitude and were very nice. We even had miscommunication with a big item and they were totally happy to move it back where it went. They took extra care not to ding doorways or scratch paint. “Very professional, top notch logistics company, highly recommend for your moving needs. It’s part of ABF trucking, so you’re dealing with professionals at the top of their game. Moved from Michigan to Florida, UPack got there 2 days early. Shout out to Jeff who dropped and picked up my UPack, and Dan Snider, who made sure it headed South before Friday ended. The Fort Myers terminal people were super friendly as well, conveniently located next to a Penske Truck rental so I could finish my move. The price beat PODS, and it was slightly more than paying for gas if I would have driven down there myself. Save yourself a lot of time, and just hire these guys, you won’t regret it!”

“Huge shout out to Personal Touch Moving. This team had our 4 bedroom house (including a piano!) loaded into the truck in 3 hours. The next day they dropped off our belongings and went above and beyond for us as my husband was struggling with an injury. Nothing was damaged or broken. The team worked hard in the heat and didn't stop until the job was done. Wish I could leave more than 5 big beautiful stars for this fantastic company.
