Daily group fitness classes focused on high intensity interval training. Training staff designs daily fitness programs with an emphasis on strength, agility, endurance & improving overall athleticism. Our programs allows people to achieve their own personal goals which might include improving strength, toning, or perhaps weight loss. We utilize biometric body scan analysis to baseline your true overall numbers & track your improvement. We are able to show you how much body fat you have lost, as well as, how much lean muscle mass you have added. The trainers work individually with people to customize their workouts & meet their personal goals.
